I create many playlists on my channel to make it easier to organize videos I want to watch or find interesting enough to consider watching at some point. I also use playlists with Chromecast to make YouTube an extremely powerful source of wire cutter programming. Editing playlists is a pain on every platform and easy touch management of playlists would be a valuable feature differentiator.
