let Hyper sync downloads with a specified playlist
My main use of Hyper is offline viewing. A typical use case is seeing a YT link on another device, marking it for Watch Later, and then downloading that video in Hyper.
It would be great to eliminate the manual download steps from this process. For example:
- Create a "Downloads" playlist on YT
- Add videos of interest to "Downloads" whenever you encounter them, on any device
- Hyper downloads any video on the "Downloads" playlist, and removes the video from the playlist upon completion--with no user intervention. If my Surface is awake, it's gathering my downloads.
- When you use Hyper, you magically have stuff to watch!
I'd let the user choose from using Watch Later or specifying any other playlist that they control.
I can imagine much more complex syncing features, but even this simple version would be a huge time-saver, and would let me watch more things.
Good idea! If this gains more traction it could make it onto the roadmap.

I'm in for this feature. Would save me a lot of time. I also do a lot of offline viewing.
