Fix the sound lag problem?
Hi I'm using surface tablet... the video runs smoothly but the sound just keeps lagging. Most of the videos I watch are like that. I'm not sure if its my problem or is a bug. Please let me know as soon as possible and tell the solution to this problem.
46 votesThis should be fixed now and working on ARM as well as x86/x64 PCs. The current solution still uses a workaround. I am working on a solution that will improve playback further and allow for true adaptive streaming (MPEG-DASH).

Bigger size player in default view, volume change from mouse wheel , no title in full screen
I though that the size of the video player in default view is a bit small , and the section of description ,comments ,related is somewhat to big .I enjoy to watch videos and read comments in same time, but the player is small , also is a bit hard to change the volume , a volume changer on mouse wheel would be nice .

Be able to upload your own background image on the home page
Instead of the default black background on the first page of the app, users should be able to pick their own background image for the home page background

Have a light theme
I love all the color options once you pay to unlock. Maybe have the option to have a white background? That would make the experience seem more like the actual YouTube experience and less heavy.

Keyboard Navigation
Make the program fully usable using the keyboard so that we can use it using remote controls / gamepads and key mapping software.
Using arrow keys and enter for navigation would be great.

a "copy link to clipboard" or open in browser button
Some times it would be very handy to get the link of video's to share with friend and such. Also sometimes in some videos annotations are really needed so an "open in browser" button would be very handy, as switching player version is not too handy.
18 votesDone. Also Annotations now can be shown in the Hyper player if it is set to "Desktop Theme’ and the toggle is enabled in the settings.

Semantic Zoom
When watching a video in fullscreen, instead of double-tapping tablet users should be able to zoom out to get to the details page. Double tapping is just a weird thing to do on tablets :)

Bring back subscription video feed
With the release of the new windows 10 version it seems as though the home page shows the retarded equivalent of the "What to watch" homepage on youtube. And now the subscription page only lists your subscriptions. Why is there no way to see new videos from your subscriptions based on publish time like before, please bring it back. Currently going to use a different app that has a subscription feed.

Windows 8.1-style search field
In Windows 8.1 apps (like the store) no longer have the search functionality through the charms bar (that's for Bing now), but a search field in the top-right corner. It would be nice if Hyper had this search field too. So on the start page, on the my subscriptions page, and, please also on channels so I can search for a specific video on a channel.

Fix the "Item Unavailable" error. No video plays.
It worked before the update, then something (either the app, or my drivers) caused the app to never show up. Thew newest update seems to have fixed that issue, and the app now opens. However no matter what video I try and play, it says it is not available. Other (worse) YouTube apps work, and they work in my browser. Worked fine before update. Any ideas? Thanks for the awesome app, by the way!
12 votesThis should be fixed in version 2.2.2.1 again.

Allow multiselect->delete from playlists
Currently it's far too painful to select each video individually, select Delete, confirm, repeat. Alternatively, a "Remove all watched videos" from the Watch Later list would satisfy my needs.
11 votesDone. Should be working. It is working on a timer, so it may take a while to delete large quantities of videos from a given playlist.

Allow adjusting play speed - e.g. lectures can be played at a faster speed, so it would be great to have options for x1.3, x1.5, x2 etc
