I bought Hyper Pro, why is it not showing up?

You obviously should not have to pay for the Pro Pack twice. 
I suggest that you re-sync your app licenses in the Windows Store app. (http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/21024-app-sync-license-windows-8-a.html)

This *should* solve your issue. 
If it does not, I will have to refer you to the Windows Store support. (http://support.microsoft.com/get-support) Microsoft handles the In-App purchases and licenses for Hyper. 
They should be able to figure out what went wrong with your account. (I do not have any access to specific user data)
